Nearly three months after suffering a freak foot injury, Brooklyn Nets guard Caris LeVert is nearing a return. Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that LeVert is preparing a return to 5-on-5 practice, and could return to the team’s lineup before the All-Star break:
Brooklyn’s Caris LeVert (foot) will return to five on five practice soon and there’s optimism the gifted guard can return to Nets lineup prior to the All-Star Break, league sources tell ESPN.

Wojnarowski followed up the tweet with a report that says he’ll be practicing with the Nets’ G-League affiliate sometime this week:
“LeVert, out since mid-November after dislocating his right foot, has made steady progress and is expected to practice with the Nets G League team this week in Brooklyn, league sources said.
