The moment the Brooklyn Nets and their fans had waited nearly three months to see happened with 10:39 remaining in the first half Friday night at Barclays Center.
In uniform and available for the first time since dislocating his right foot on Nov. 12, Caris LeVert entered the game for the Nets to a standing ovation from his teammates and the 15,267 in attendance in Brooklyn.
LeVert played only 15 minutes in his return, with Nets coach Kenny Atkinson saying before the game the club was going to manage LeVert carefully.
