Barring a trip to the NBA Finals, the Brooklyn Nets will play their final game against a Western Conference opponent this season when they visit the Portland Trail Blazers at Moda Center Monday night.
The Nets (38-36) are 2-3 on their current seven-game, 17-day road trip and have won their last two, including a hard-fought 111-106 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on Friday.
