After a tough loss on the road to the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday, the Brooklyn Nets open the home portion of their 2018-19 schedule Friday night when the host the New York Knicks in the back half of the “hey, didn’t we just see you guys?” start of the schedule.
While this is officially the first meeting between New York’s two NBA teams since Jan. 30, this is the third time the Knicks and Nets will meet in the last 16 days.
The teams opened the preseason against one another at Barclays Center on Oct.
