When Joel Embiid declared himself unfit to play in Game 3 for the Philadelphia 76ers, the Brooklyn Nets — back at home for the first time in their Eastern Conference First Round series — appeared to have a chance to pick up a win and take a 2-1 series lead.
But after a big initial push to open the game, the Nets fell flat and the 76ers rolled to their second straight victory in the series, a 131-115 win that gives Philadelphia a 2-1 series advantage. The Sixers also reclaimed homecourt advantage with the victory.
Game 4 is Saturday afternoon at Barclays Center.
