Bobby Marks is, after 20 years behind the scenes and behind Rod Thorn, Kiki Vandeweghe and Billy King, a talking head, an expert who as the NBA Draft approaches is dropping wisdom. Now, he's not saying anything directly about who the Nets like --and who on ESPN, etc.-- cares right now about the 29th pick, but he's dropping some hints about what Brooklyn likes.
Marks told ESPN Upstate in North Carolina in mid-week that the Nets liked Devin Booker, the 6'6" shooting guard from Kentucky, "a lot," suggesting a player who Brooklyn might be targeting if they were somehow able to move up.
