According to several reports Monday, the Pistons are interested in two of the Nets key executives, assistant GM Jeff Peterson and Director of Player Personnel J.R. Holden, both hired in the last year.
Peterson, who came from the Hawks a year ago, is one of two Nets assistant GM’s. The other is Andy Birdsong, also a 2019 hire. They replaced Trajan Langdon as assistant GM of the Nets. Peterson spent seven seasons as a member of the Hawks front office, including three as assistant GM before joining the Nets.
Adrian Wojnarowski reported Monday that Peterson is one of three executives who the Pistons are considering for their open GM slot.
