Sixers star Joel Embiid — who missed Thursday’s first-round Game 3 in Brooklyn because of a knee injury — admitted he should’ve been ejected for his Game 2 elbow to Jarrett Allen’s face and apologized to the Nets center.
He also added his laughter with Ben Simmons on the postgame podium wasn’t because of taking the elbow lightly, but because his teammate was ribbing him.
