Alan Williams had another monster game Sunday afternoon at Nassau Coliseum, grabbing 27 rebounds and scoring 19 points in 29 minutes but his Long Island Nets lost, 110-101, to the Maine Red Claws.
In addition to Big Sauce’s big game, the Nets other two-way player, Theo Pinson, had 23 points, shooting 5-of-13 from three, and handing out eight assists. Long Island’s surprise player this season, Jordan McLaughlin, had another big scoring game. The 6’1” USC product finished with 29 points, shooting 9-of-22, including 5-of-12 from deep. He had two assists and six rebounds.
