The Brooklyn Nets are rebuilding, but are interested in adding a few veterans this offseason to help kickstart that process. The Nets appear to be going for a few notable names, but whether or not they can land anyone is another question. Here are all the latest Nets rumors and news you need to know.
Nets To Make Run At Al Horford?
The Nets have the cap space to add two max-contract players, and the team would like one of them to be Al Horford. ESPN's Marc Stein reports the Nets have interest in Horford. The Nets face stiff competition for Horford, and just offering him a max deal won't be enough, especially since the Nets have struggled in recent years. With Brook Lopez at center, Horford might play some power forward if they're able to land him.
Nets Want Rondo Or Jennings?
The Nets have need at point guard, unless they want to start Shane Larkin/Jarrett Jack at the spot again next year. It's a down class for PGs, but the Nets have two targets in mind.
Was told interest in both Rondo and Jennings is mutual. We'll see what that translates to in offers and others. https://t.co/Gzbjyw9aam

The Nets have the cap space to throw extra money at either Rondo or Jennings to get them to come play in Brooklyn. Plus, there aren't many starting PG spots open this year.
Nets Interested In Jamal Crawford?
Another yet the Nets have interest in is Jamal Crawford, reports the OC Register. The Nets badly need another scorer and Crawford is the reigning sixth man of the year. But working against the Nets is that while they can offer plenty of money, Crawford might be more interested in chasing another title.
