Each week, the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department names the Vito's Athletes of the Week, as selected by the athletic communications department based on their athletic performances from the previous week. This week's winners are men's basketball player Rasheed Worrell and gymnast Lauren Feely.
Male Athlete of the Week
Rasheed Worrell, a redshirt freshman from Coker, Ala., posted double-digit points in each contest for the Falcons last week and led BGSU in rebounds in both road contests. In the road win at Western Michigan on Tuesday night, Worrell finished with 11 points and a career-high nine rebounds.
