DETROIT — Bowling Green State University’s football team will look to win its first bowl game since 2014, while Minnesota will aim to win its seventh in a row when the two teams square off in Tuesday’s Quick Lane Bowl at Ford Field in Detroit.

BGSU’s ground game improved significantly this season. The Falcons average 142.2 rushing yards per game compared to 100.3 last season. But they could be without both of the running backs that provided the bulk of the work.
