BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s recent football practices have resembled an all-out jam session.
It may be a little painful for head coach Scot Loeffler and his team, but it makes a big impact in preparing for playing in the most hostile environments in college football.
“You’ve got a huge headache each day. You’re blasting the music, you’ve got golf carts with speakers running around. You’ve got the music playing in the stadium as loud as it can play,” Loeffler said during Monday’s news conference at the Sebo Athletic Center in Bowling Green. “Thank goodness this isn’t a residential area because I’ve been at places where it has been a residential area, and they’re not happy at 7 o’clock in the morning when they’re hearing Tupac and all this other stuff.
