Freshman Kennedy White scored in the 110th minute, lifting the Bowling Green State University women's soccer team to a 3-2, come-from-behind win over Central Michigan University Thursday night (Oct. 10). The Mid-American Conference match was held at Cochrane Stadium.
White's goal with under a minute left in the second overtime came after senior Chelsee Washington tied the match with less than a minute to go in regulation. White had the primary assist on Washington's goal, heading a serve by senior Maureen Kennedy into the path of Washington in the box. Washington shielded the ball from a defender before depositing it into the left side of the net.
