ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Bowling Green Falcons tennis team completed the first day of competition at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Midwest Regionals. began the day with a thrilling three-set victory over Wisconsin's Ariel Johnson. After dropping the first set, 7-5, Saraty rebounded with a close 7-6 victory in set two. In the decisive third set, Saraty was dominant, winning 6-0 to advance to the second round of the qualifying draw.
In Bowling Green's next match, continued the Falcon run of success with her own three-set victory. Like Saraty, Furness dropped a close first set, 6-4.
