u25a0 Aug. 13, 2008: Willis promoted to Mud Hens — Pitcher Dontrelle Willis has been promoted by the Detroit Tigers from Single-A Lakeland to the Mud Hens. Willis, who is 0-1 with a 10.32 ERA and 21 walks in 11u2153 innings for the Tigers this year, was sent from Detroit to Lakeland on June 10 to work on his pitch control.
