BOWLING GREEN — Ethan Scardina and Austen Swankler each found the back of the net in the third period for Bowling Green to complete the comeback and beat St. Thomas, 3-2, at home on Saturday.
Swankler scored with just 18 seconds left in the final frame.
Nathan Burke got the scoring started for the Falcons when he scored a power play goal with 9:40 left in the first period.
On the other side of the power play, BGSU’s power play killing unit was very successful, as it did not allow the Tommies to score in their five tries.
