Bloomington, Minn. – Seven members of the Bowling Green State University hockey team were named Krampade All-American Scholars, as announced by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA). Alex Barber, Sam Craggs, Connor Ford, Brandon Kruse, Frederic Letourneau, Casey Linkenheld and Chris Pohlkamp earned the honor.
Student-athletes must attain a 3.6 grade point average in each semester and participate in 40 percent of their school's games during the 2018-19 season.
"We are extremely proud of this group of student-athletes who have competed at the highest levels of the game on the ice and matched that performance in the classroom," said ACHA executive director Joe Bertagna.
