Indianapolis, Ind. – Bowling Green State University has established a new school record as five teams were recognized today by the NCAA for APR excellence. Men's cross country, men's golf, women's basketball, women's golf and volleyball earned NCAA Public Recognition for ranking among the top 10 percent in their respective sport in the most recent multi-year Academic Progress Rate (APR).
For women's golf, it is the eighth consecutive year and 11th time in 15 years in which the program has earned public recognition from the NCAA. Men's cross country earned the honor for the seventh straight year and men's golf was recognized for the third consecutive year.
