BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University women’s basketball standout Carly Santoro will transfer to Ohio State University as a graduate transfer.

Santoro’s father, Bellevue girls basketball coach Kory Santoro, said on Twitter Monday night, “Carly will play her Senior year at The Ohio State University. Very happy for her and the opportunity she has waiting for her. Go Bucks !!!”

Carly Santoro is on track to graduate from BG in May. As a graduate transfer, the 5-foot-10 guard who played for her father at Bellevue High School would have one year of eligibility and would be able to play immediately.
