CLEVELAND, Ohio – Three student-athletes on the Bowling Green State University baseball team – freshman infielder Nathan Rose, freshman catcher Kyle Gurney and junior first baseman Adam Furnas – earned All-Conference recognition. The Mid-American Conference announced the news on Wednesday, June 2. Rose was named First Team All-MAC at third base. Gurney was named the league's Freshman of the Year, and Furnas took home All-Defensive Team honors at first base.
Rose becomes the first freshman in school history to earn First Team All-MAC honors. The native of Shaker Heights, Ohio is Bowling Green's first All-MAC First Team selection since Trey Keegan in 2015.
