BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s hockey team is starting to generate some momentum and confidence with its play on the ice.
After a challenging 2-8 start to the season, the Falcons (5-11, 3-5 Central Collegiate Hockey Association) have split their last three series and were just a few goals away from earning weekend sweeps. Having everyone available – with the exception of a few injured players – and a solid group of freshmen taking on big roles has helped BGSU during its recent stretch.
