MARIE, Mich. - The No. 10 Bowling Green State University hockey team came out on top Friday night (Dec. 13) over WCHA foe Lake Superior State for the first of two games this weekend, winning 2-0. The game remained scoreless deep into the second period, seeing Max Johnson capitalize on the power play to give the Falcons a 1-0 lead. That score would stick late into the game until Cameron Wright pushed an empty net goal through with nine seconds remaining in the game to secure a 2-0 win for the Falcons.
