Box Score (PDF) DAYTON, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball team was defeated by the University of Dayton on Wednesday (May 1) by a score of 6-3. The ballgame, which lasted just seven innings due to lightning strikes and a thunderstorm, was played at UD's Woerner Field.

Dayton scored the final five runs of the game to erase an early 3-1 deficit. The Flyers move to 25-21-1 with the victory, while Bowling Green drops to 13-27. The Flyers outhit the Falcons on the afternoon by a 10-7 margin.
