BOWLING GREEN — A big fourth quarter for freshman Morgan McMillen helped the Bowling Green women's basketball team to an 88-74 win over Loyola Chicago on Tuesday afternoon at the Stroh Center.
McMillen scored 13 of her game-high 25 points in the final quarter. She was 12-for-13 at the free-throw line in the game, hitting 9-of-10 shots from the line over the final 10 minutes.
Sophomore Angela Perry had 24 points for BG (3-1), going 11-for-14 from the field. Freshman Kadie Hempfling added a double-double, with 12 points and a game-high 12 rebounds.
Falcons senior Sydney Lambert had a very productive games as she just missed a double-double, scoring nine points and pulling down a career-high 10 rebounds.
