Lewis Named FWAA Second Team All-America

DALLAS, Texas—The 2015 AutoNation FWAA All-America Team was announced on Monday by the Football Writers Association of America. Bowling Green State University sophomore wide receiver Roger Lewis was named second team All-America, marking the second straight day he has garnered All-America honors after gaining recognition from the Associated Press on Sunday. Lewis, who leads the nation with 1,476 receiving yards, is the first Bowling Green player since Chris Jones in 2012 to earn FWAA All-America honors. 24 players have earned All-America status in the 96-year history of Bowling Green football.

Lewis, a native of Pickerington, Ohio, was also a semifinalist for the Biletnikoff Award this season.
