INDIANAPOLIS — Roger Lewis always dreamed he would be right here at the NFL scouting combine.
The former Bowling Green State University receiver could not have imagined the path.
Three years after he stood trial for rape — a murky case that teams have grilled him about this week — Lewis looks to make continued good on his second football life this week in Indianapolis.
Lewis, a former four-star Ohio State recruit who landed at BG in 2014 after spending two seasons in limbo, is projected as high as a third-round selection in the draft.
“This experience this week is a blessing,” Lewis said today during his media session at Lucas Oil Stadium.
