BOWLING GREEN — The story of the 2018-19 season remained the same for Bowling Green State University women’s basketball in the team’s showdown with red-hot Miami on Saturday.
The Falcons struggled to put together a full 40 minutes of disciplined basketball, despite some big offensive runs and big shots made late in the game.
The result was an 82-75 loss, keeping BG winless in the Mid-American Conference and extending the RedHawks’ winning streak to seven games.
The reason for this loss, like the nine previous, remained a lack of consistency.
“We have to get better down the stretch and finish a game,” coach Robyn Fralick said.
