Each week, the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department names the Jet's Pizza Athletes of the Week, as selected by the athletic communications department based on their athletic performances from the previous week. This week's winners are hockey player Brandon Kruse and diver Talisa Lemke.
Brandon Kruse, a junior from Saline, Mich., paced the Falcons with three points over the weekend, registering two assists on Friday and then a goal on Saturday. Both of his assists on Friday were to Alex Barber for power play goals with the second being the game-winner in overtime.
