Inside BGSU football gameday during the coronavirus pandemic

BOWLING GREEN — During a standard college football game at Doyt Perry Stadium, the person covering the most ground is not on the stat sheet.

Steve Messenger's official title at Bowling Green is associate athletics director for operations, events, and championships, a long-winded way of saying he's the person behind the scenes tasked with making sure gameday goes smoothly.
