BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s hockey team has improved on the offensive end this season.
It has been a big reason why the Falcons are in the thick of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association race with six league games remaining.
BGSU (14-13-1, 11-8-1 CCHA) is averaging nearly a full goal per game more this year compared to a season ago. The Falcons have already matched their total from last season with 94 goals.
“I think we’re moving really well as a unit,” sophomore forward Ryan O’Hara said. “...We’re really executing our structure well, which is leading to more offense.
