KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Bowling Green State University volleyball program picked up their second five-set victory of the season on Saturday (Oct. 8), besting the Western Michigan Broncos 3-2. The Falcons were led by freshman Lauryn Hovey who registered the program's first triple-double since 2019, finishing with 22 assists, 13 kills and 11 digs. Katelyn Meyer moved up in the history books for the Falcons, logging a team-high 16 kills to move into second all-time for career kills with 1,566.
The Falcons battled back after falling in the first set to win both the second and third sets of the match.
