Mount Pleasant, Mich. - The Bowling Green State University volleyball program advanced to a record-setting 13-0 on the year following a 3-1 win over Central Michigan on Friday (March 5). The win breaks the previous record set at 12-0 by the 2011 team while also tying the 1992 team for the best MAC start in program history. Additionally, it is believed that the 13-0 start is the third best in BGSU Athletics history while also being the best among women's athletics at Bowling Green. Going further into the record book, Julia Walz landed six aces in the four sets to tie the program record for aces in a four set match.
