Kadie Hempfling made six 3-pointers on her way to 20 points as the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team cruised to a 90-58 win over East Tennessee State on Thursday at the Stroh Center.
In the team's season opener, Bowling Green had four players join Hempfling with double-digits in scoring. Nyla Hampton had 15 points, Zoe Miller scored 13, Morgan Sharps had 11 points, and Jocelyn Tate scored 10.
The Falcons shot 50 percent (29-of-58) from the field and from 3-point range (14-of-28).
Madisen Parker made three 3s for Bowling Green for all nine of her points.
