BOWLING GREEN — Members of Bowling Green State University’s football team showed how much they genuinely care for each other throughout the Falcons’ final spring football practice Saturday.
The reaction to the final play of the two-hour practice showed firsthand how much camaraderie the Falcons have, even after a hectic stretch for the program.
When redshirt freshman wide receiver Pierce St. Geme hauled in a touchdown reception in the northeast corner of the Doyt Perry Stadium end zone in a one-on-one drill, a large number of his BGSU teammates came over to celebrate in what was an energetic ending to new head coach Eddie George’s first spring practice with BGSU.
