Official Release CLEVELAND, Ohio – Madeline Garda, a senior libero on the Bowling Green State University volleyball team, was named the MAC East Defensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday (Oct. 17) evening. Garda has earned the honor four times already this season.
The senior picked up the honor last week, as well, and it's now the second time this season that she's earned the honor in consecutive weeks, as she was named the MAC East Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 12 and Sept. 19.
