The deepest WNIT run in Bowling Green women’s basketball history ended on Wednesday.
Columbia hit several big shots from 3-point range late in the fourth quarter and answered every Bowling Green rally to knock off the Falcons 77-70.
Bowling Green finished its season 31-7. The Falcons, who were playing in their first WNIT semifinal, finished the season tied with the 2006-07 squad for the most victories in a season in program history.
