CLEVELAND — The road to a possible 12th Mid-American Conference tournament title today begins for Bowling Green State University’s women’s basketball team, as the Falcons will square off with Eastern Michigan.
BGSU, the No. 2 seed, tied its best 24-game start to a season after beginning the 2022-23 campaign 22-2. The Falcons, though, have gone 3-3 in their last six games.
Meanwhile, Eastern Michigan has dropped four of its last six. Three of those losses — Akron, Kent State, and Northern Illinois — came by 10 points or fewer.
