DETROIT — There is no denying what a win in the Quick Lane Bowl would do for Bowling Green State University’s football team.
For a program that has slowly worked its way back after some tough years to get to the point it’s at now, a Falcons’ victory over New Mexico State would be a big spark in the right direction.
“Everybody’s excited. It’s a blessing to be here, play in an NFL stadium, practice in an NFL stadium,” BGSU wide receiver Odieu Hiliare said. “For most of us, this is our dream, so everybody’s ready to go.
