Bowling Green State University men's soccer fans who can't wait to see the team in action this fall can get their fix a few months early. No fewer than 15 of the team's returning players will be playing for a USL League Two or National Premier Soccer League team this summer.
Six Falcons will be playing in the NPSL, with five of those six on the Toledo Villa FC roster. That quintet includes rising seniors Amandy Ayima and Tom Wrobel, along with Colin McCort, Kale Nichols and Alec Srodawa, all of whom will be entering their second year on the BGSU roster in the fall.
