Bloomington, Minn. – Five members of the Bowling Green State University hockey team were named Krampade All-American Scholars, as announced by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA). Senior Mitch McLain, sophomores Lukas Craggs and Freeric Letourneau, and freshmen Connor Ford and Carson Musser earned the honor.
Student-athletes must attain a 3.6 grade point average in each semester and participate in 40 percent of their school's games during the 2017-18 season.
"On behalf of the entire WCHA, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to these tremendous student-athletes," WCHA Commissioners Bill Robertson (men's league) and Katie Million (women's league) said in a joint statement.
