Bowling Green, Ohio – The Falcons did not disappoint in their home opener, giving the fans a 6-0 victory over the Colonials of Robert Morris on Sunday (Oct. 14). The Slater Family Ice Arena was packed and the home team delivered, outshooting Robert Morris 33-15. The Falcons were led by Brandon Kruse, who contributed two goals and an assist for the night. Kruse was joined by four other Falcons in the scoring column, including John Schilling who had his first goal of the season. On the defensive end, Ryan Bednard concluded with 15 saves on his way to a shutout.
