Photo GalleryThe No. 18 Bowling Green State University hockey team continued its offensive barrage and earned a sweep of Alaska Anchorage with a second consecutive 6-2 victory over the Seawolves in front of 2,945 fans Friday night at the BGSU Ice Arena.
"The difference between good and great in college hockey is consistent effort over the course of a weekend," BGSU head coach Chris Bergeron said. "It was nice to get that this weekend."
The Falcons completed the series with 12 goals, their highest two-game output since BGSU scored 13 in a pair of playoff games at Lake Superior State during the final CCHA tournament on March 9-10, 2013.
