BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University swimming and diving competed in their first tri-meet of the season today against Marshall and Toledo. The Falcons split the tri-meet beating Marshall 165-135 and falling to Toledo 140.5-159.5.
For the second straight day the Falcons were able to take down the Thundering Herd of Marshall. This was due in part to another great diving performance. Junior Rayah Blood started competition winning the 3-Meter Dive and setting a career best in the event with a score of 291.05. It was much of the same for Blood in the 1-Meter winning her second event of the day with a score of 267.
