BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green women’s basketball team formally added two players to its future plans with the signings of Olivia Trice and Macy Spielman.
Trice, a 5-foot-8 guard who is in her senior year at Huber Heights Wayne High School, comes from a basketball family. Her father, Travis, Sr., is her coach. Her brother, Travis played at Michigan State, while another brother, D’Mitrik, currently plays at Wisconsin.
She averaged 8.4 points and 1.8 assists for Wayne as a junior last season.
Spielman, a 5-foot-10 guard who plays at Upper Arlington High School, passed the 1,000-point mark as a junior last season and was named third-team All-Ohio.
