HOUGHTON, Mich. – The Bowling Green Falcons (15-14-2, 12-9-2 CCHA) took a decisive 5-2 victory over the No. 12 Michigan Tech Huskies (20-8-4, 13-6-4 CCHA) on Friday (Feb. 10). Both teams scored in the opening period, but Seth Fyten scored his first two goals of the season to give the Falcons a 3-1 lead after two. Bowling Green scored two more times in the third, including a shorthanded tally from Alex Barber. Christian Stoever was spectacular, saving 37-of-39 shots, combining for 31 saves in the first and third periods.
