Cleveland, Ohio – Bowling Green State University's men's varsity athletic teams finished fourth in the 2018-19 Reese standings, the highest finish for the BGSU Athletics Department in 17 years. The Falcons averaged 7.916 rank points on the year.
The Reese and Jacoby trophies are presented to the top performing athletic departments in the Mid-American Conference. Points are awarded for each team's finish, with the overall total averaged to account for the different number of sports sponsored by each department in the MAC. Teams earn 12 points for a first place finish down to one point for a last place result.
