BEMIDJI, Minn. - The Bowling Green State University hockey team's comeback was just shy of the victory against No. 19 Bemidji State on Saturday night (Feb. 1) in a 4-2 final. The Falcons netted a goal in both the second and third period, but the Beavers were able to break the tie late in the third period before tacking on an empty-net goal. The Falcons' record now stands at 13-13-2 overall and 8-10-2-2 in the WCHA.
Next Home Game: The Falcons return to Slater Family Ice Arena on Feb. 7 to host Alaska Anchorage for the weekend.
