TOLEDO, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University hockey team fell to the RIT Tigers on Friday night (Oct. 11) in game one of the 2019 Ice Breaker Tournament by a final score of 3-2 in a game that needed overtime to decide a winner. The Falcons struck first with a goal in the first period from sophomore Evan Dougherty. Casey Linkenheld extended the lead in the second period, but RIT would go on to score just 34 seconds later. The Tigers netted the game winning goal a little over a minute into the first overtime period.
