MOREHEAD, Ky. – Junior had a double-double in the first half, staking the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team to an early lead, and the Falcons went on to post a 76-61 win over Morehead State University Saturday afternoon (Dec. 19). The game, BGSU's final non-conference matchup of the 2020-21 season, was held at Johnson Arena.
With the win, the Falcons improve to 5-1, while dropping the Eagles to 1-5 on the season.
Freshman had a game-high 18 points to pace five Falcons in double figures. Hempfling wound up with 13 points and a team-leading 11 rebounds, while sophomore had 11 points in the win.
